With a growing family the owners required extra bedrooms and activity area for the children.

As they did not want to encroach into the back of the property for future subdivision plans we designed and constructed the additions upstairs. The new second storey addition consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, powder room, activity room and walk-in linen. To make way for the stairs an existing bedroom was removed which created an open feeling to the lower area. Hebel flooring with Thermal wall cladding were used and double glazed windows to all rooms. The existing family room’s flat roof at the rear was removed and a new tiled pitched roof was constructed to blend nicely with the new additions. A double carport was also built to the front of the home.”
