This Marmion home has been being completely transformed inside and out. The facade was updated by re-pitching the roof, rendering the walls and adding a new portico, master suite and garage. To the rear, the laundry was relocated to re-connect the newly extended open plan kitchen and living areas to the new alfresco & backyard.

Internally the dated cathedral ceilings were lined, doors and windows replaced and bathrooms renovated. The result is a functional and warm family home.
