This project involved renovation works to the ground floor, the addition of a large second storey to the upper level.

Ground floor works included removing a wall from existing bedroom, which then opened up the kitchen to the back yard. A large picture window and stacking doors were put into the existing alfresco which showcased the pool and garden area.

The second storey addition comprises of a main bedroom, dressing area, ensuite with powder room, activity room and one minor bedroom.
