The owner’s required a large garage for his prized cars and motorbikes and an alfresco for entertaining. The garage incorporated a sitting area plus kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen bench was designed to extend past the bi-fold windows for a servery where owners can entertain easily. An alfresco was extended to cater for a built in commercial barbecue, glass door fridges and ice-maker. All floors finished with travertine tiles throughout and a pool was constructed around the additions with honed coloured concrete pathways.
