MBA Finalist $250,000 to $300,000

This project involved an old style 50s character home in Wembley that required an old sleep-out to be removed and replaced with a master bedroom, ensuite, powder room, laundry, living and a new kitchen with colour panel Laminex and Caesarstone tops. Internal walls were removed to open up for a meals area and an existing bathroom was renovated with feature tiling to the floors.
