This project involved a Second Storey addition. The existing bedroom wall downstairs was removed to form part of the staircase but also creating a Meals Area linking with the Family Room downstairs.

A sitting Room and Balcony was designed overlooking a Reserved Park which also comprised 2 Bedroom, Bathroom and a separate powder room. An acoustic aerated floor was used on the upper floor.
