The Clients were after more space for themselves and their growing family and as there was limited space on the ground a second story was designed to include a parents Retreat, Master Bedroom, Ensuite and Walk in Robe. There was a height issue so the design incorporated raked ceilings to alleviate the overshadowing. 

Maintaining the original character of the home was essential with the front façade blending seamlessly with the existing home. The new addition also features a large window to the rear of the property to capture the north facing aspect and the terrain below. 

The extension also included Double Glazed Windows throughout, Under Floor Heating to the Ensuite, Porcelain Tiles to walls and floor and Stone Tops complemented the overall finish.
