2017 HIA Finalist $300,000 – $450,000

Brief for this home was to create high raking ceilings with hi-lite glass rakes in the dining and kitchen area with the alfresco to follow the same theme. A family room was also incorporated into the design with a study, new laundry and ensuite for the main bedroom. All benchmark windows and doors were used for the joinery.
