HIA Winner $500,000 to $750,000

This old 1970’s City Beach home was looking very tired when our client first came to us. They wanted a complete makeover to increase the floorplan and to bring the home firmly into the 21st century – and it was a a challenge we relished. To say the renovation was extensive would not give justice to the work we did.

The complete makeover saw the original 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home transform into an expansive 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with additional Study and double lock-up Garage with completely new Portico. The entry was completed using laser cut sheeting over a Pergola Frame at the front, with large entry Foyer and floor to ceiling glass walls wrapping around the Courtyard.
