This project involved a Second Storey addition. The existing Walk In Robe downstairs was turned into the staircase, a feature from the existing Living Room and rises to a Sitting room, Kitchenette, Master bed, Ensuite, Walk In Robe with a balcony facing the hills.

The addition was constructed with aerated concrete floor base and finished with NRG green board exterior. The exterior walls are texture coated along with the existing front of the home.
