This project involved a Second Storey addition and a scullery to the Kitchen downstairs. An existing study accommodated the stairs which rises to a Parents Retreat comprising of a Master Bedroom, Ensuite, with a Walk In Robe. The addition also includes a Study and Kitchenette in the hallway.

The addition was constructed with aerated concrete floor base and finished with NRG green board exterior.
